CHARTERS & RATES

  • 5 HRS

    This half day trip (morning or afternoon) concentrates on the local waters of the Sunshine Coast, a 10-20 minute boat ride from the dock in Secret Cove. This let’s us concentrate on the tide and gives us the best chance to hook up. Dave’s motto: “Stick and Stay, Make ‘em Pay!”

  • 8 HRS

    With the addition of 3 hours to the day, it enables us to fish through 2 tides and also gives us the option to fish a number of spots. The 8 hours will also give us the option of crossing The Strait of Georgia and fish the area of the Ballenas Channel, just south of Parksville on Vancouver Island.

  • 10 HRS

    If you and your crew want the ‘full pull’, a 10 hour day on the water is what your looking for! It will enable us to have the same options of the 8hr day and then some, as we’ll have time to fish more of The Southern Gulf Islands- even as far down as Gabriola Island.

RATES FOR CHARTERS

When fishing with Dave’s Sport Fishing, the boat, guide, gas, premium fishing equipment, bait & tackle, and safety gear are all supplied.

Dave’s Sport Fishing is fully insured, Transport Canada certified and Marine Safety certified.

BOOKING POLICY

To book your trip give Dave a call and he’ll reserve your spot with a credit card number. A 50% deposit is required upon booking and the trip balance is due 2 weeks prior to the trip date.

Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to trip date, after such time deposits are not refundable but may be transferred to alternate dates if a cancellation is necessary.

Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions are made at the discretion of the Captain, at such time there is the option of a full refund or a reschedule.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal accepted. All advertised rates are subject to a Government Sales Tax of 5%

Personal fishing licenses are not included in the cost and should be presented at the time of departure.

Gratuities are optional and are not included in the rates.

FISH PROCESSING

  • Cleaning and bagging of your catch is included at no extra charge.

  • It is recommended that guests bring their own cooler to transport their fish home.

  • Saltwater Fishing License with the addition of a salmon tag

  • Clothing layers

  • Waterproof coat & pants

  • Hat, Sunscreen, Sunglasses

  • Lunch, snacks & drinks (bottled water will be supplied)
